If
you’re pregnant and eager to find out the gender of your baby, you may
find yourself resorting to various methods to satisfy your
curiosity, especially if you get a limited number of ultrasounds during
your pregnancy.
Over
the years there have been people who use a baby gender predictor to
find out if their child was going to be a boy or a girl. These aren't
always the most reliable, but the law of averages does make them right
sometimes. Many of these fall into the category of old wives tales, and
almost every woman hears them at some point during their pregnancy.
Other than Drano Gender Test (there's plenty other test available with the same purpose as this one),
you might want to try this method as well so that you can compare
whether the result of this method is similar with the other test you
already take. This particular kind of diy boy or girl predictor test,
namely using baking soda. That’s right, baking soda.

So I was looking at the different kinds of gender prediction tests (I know, way early, but just for fun!) and I saw one that I have never seen before. It's the baking soda test. So you put a teaspoon of baking soda in a cup (mine was disposable) then put a little bit of pee in the cup, and if it sizzles, it's a boy, and if it does nothing, it's a girl! Supposedly your urine is more acidic if you're carrying a boy, (hence the sizzling action) and more alkaline if you're carrying a girl. So Mine didn't sizzle and I thought it would be fun to see what yours does! It's probably just a bunch of bs, but fun to do, nonetheless!!! Have fun!Grin
So, just wondering about you ladies who already know the gender of your babies, if there's any truth to this test, or if it's just that some of us have more acidic pee!!! Thanks, ladies!!!

What you need?- Disposable cup
- Baking Soda
- Urine
How to do it?
The
steps are quite simple. What you need to do is put a little bit of
baking
soda in the bottom of a disposable cup and then add a little bit of your
urine to it. If it fizzles like a soda pop, it may be a boy. If there’s
no fizzle, it may be a girl. This method was used by other people as
a way to test the accuracy of their gender ultrasounds. Still though,
this might be a fun method to try out along with some old wives tales
for predicting gender,
